THIRTEEN SENIORS COMPLETE HONORS PROGRAM
Thirteen Moorestown Friends School seniors were honored at the school’s Cum Laude Society/Honors Banquet, on Thursday, May 7, for completion of the new MFS Honors Program. The program is a two-year sequence of curricular requirements, including various AP courses and completion of a capstone project. This inaugural group of students was selected prior to their junior year based on an application process that reviewed their academic record, intellectual curiosity, motivation, self-discipline, organization, ability to work independently and teacher recommendations. The inaugural group of seniors to complete the MFS Honors Program consists of: Kelly Barna, Orysia Bezpalko, Janak Bhatt, Christina Cabrera, Tyler Cantanella, Sarah Connell, Sarah Fischer, Anya Gelernt, Russell Hensley, Hannah Levy, Rebecca Salowe, Ryan Solow and Hannah Spielberg.
